No Show Policy 

Please notify us by close of business the day before the lesson if you cannot attend. No shows will be charged for the full amount of the reservation; remaining reservations must be confirmed or they will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

All lessons are paid for in advance.  We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you have to cancel. Cancelled lessons are either rescheduled or moved to last operation day until the customer is ready to reschedule. The customer must use the reservation by the last day of the current season. The dollar amount of the reservation can also be put onto a gift card and filed under the customer name in the Ticket office. All cash refund requests must be sent in writing to skischool@ski49n.com.

EZ123 No-Show & Cancellation Policy

You must cancel by phone or in person by 12pm the day prior to your reservation. You will be allowed one late cancellation. If you do not call to cancel or do not show for your lesson after that you will lose that visit.

Refund Policy

It is the skier or boarder’s responsibility to know the conditions and determine whether they want to purchase a lift ticket and participate in lessons. Under certain circumstance snow checks, make-up lessons, or Klondike cards will be issued. We do not issue cash refunds. Please send requests due to special circumstances to skischool@ski49n.com.
