Unless specifically noted in the description above
or selected above, Lift tickets & rentals are sold separately and can be
purchased at the Snowsports School Desk.All lessons begin promptly at their
designated times. Please allow enough time to arrange for lift tickets and
equipment rentals. It is highly recommended to use the restroom before going to
your designated meeting place. Children must be completely potty-trained and
willing to ski/ride.
COVID Considerations: Social
distancing will be encouraged for all guests and employees. Capacity in our
indoor spaces will likely be limited throughout the season. We expect to be
serving food and beverages, but seating may be limited. Masks/face coverings
will be required for both staff and guests while in any indoor space, except
while seated and dining in a designated area. Students that are sick and/or
contagious should stay home.
Weather Policy: Our lessons
take place outdoors in a winter environment. Lessons will run in all weather
conditions. Please plan ahead and come prepared for the conditions of the day.
Snow checks will only be issued if our charilifts are unable to operate due to
weather or other conditions.
Refund Policy: No refunds or
credits will be issued for missed lessons or in the case that a student is
removed from the program for behavioral reasons. No Refunds will be given
except in the case of injury. Injured skiers or snowboarders will receive a
credit, in the form of a Gift Card, good for the unused portion of the purchase,
but must provide either an accident form number if injured at the mountain or a
doctors note dated within 10 days of the injury. Refunds must be requested in

No-Show & Cancellation
Policy: We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or
reschedule your reservation. The customer must use the reservation by the last
day of the current season. Lessons leave promptly on time. Late arrivals will
be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable. Please notify us as soon as you
know you are going to be late, we will attempt to move you to the next
available lesson slot if there is one available. We encourage you to plan ahead
to allow for road conditions, parking, and rentals.
